AWAY is located on the 4th floor of W Austin, but you don’t have to be a hotel guest to take advantage of AWAY’s sensational spa services and facilities.
As an AWAY Spa guest, you are able to enjoy:
Complimentary valet at W Austin for 3 hours. Regular rates apply after 3 hours.
The use of Locker facilities, including lockers, robe and sandals, relaxation lounge, and vanity area
Access to FIT during your spa visit
Use of W Austin WET Deck with Bar, pool, sun lounges when you spend a minimum of $50 on services
Spa Guidelines
Spa services are available for guests ages 18 and older. A selection of Beauty Bar services are available for guests of all ages (subject to limitations and parental supervision).
An automatic 20% gratuity will be applied for all treatments and nail services

AWAY spa accepts Spa Finder gift cards and Marriott Bonvoy gift cards.
Arrival and Check In Procedures
We request your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time, providing you with ample time to check-in and prepare for your spa experience. For nails and wax services, 5 minutes prior to is recommended.
Should your arrival be delayed, please note that your treatment time will be reduced accordingly so that we may serve the next guest on time. Late arrival will still result in full payment for your requested service, even though your actual treatment time may be reduced.
We also request that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to your spa experience, as AWAY Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Cancellations
If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the service price. Services booked on the same day will be subject to the full service fee upon cancellation. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments. Groups are subject to a seven (7) day cancellation policy. Please contact AWAY Spa directly for additional information.
For Pregnancy
Per the Marriott International Policy, guests in their first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy are not to receive a massage or body treatment. A selection of Beauty Bar services are available alternatively for your convenience.

Marriott International defines minors as any person under the age of 18
Minors (of any age) shall NOT receive body treatments or massages
Minors ages 15 and younger may receive manicures and/or pedicures
Minors ages 16-17 may receive facials and/or eye / lip / chin waxing services
Minors (of any age) shall NOT use same gender amenities such as steam showers where adult guest may be unclothed
Minors ages 15 and younger shall NOT use the spa fitness center
Minors ages 16-17 may use the spa fitness center with consent from a parent or legal guardian
Pets in the spa
Due to hygiene reasons, pets are prohibited in the spa. Exceptions to this are service animals with paperwork provided.
