How to book
To ensure your Spa visit is scheduled as you desired, we always suggest to book in advance. You may do this either by phone 512.542.3626, or book online.
How to book online:
• Select the service/s you want to reserve and add them to your cart
• Search availability, once selected, check out and create an account if you haven't already
• Check out. You are not paying for the service/s at this stage. You will be asked to check out, with any form of payment after the services are rendered. You will be asked to enter credit card information and this is to secure the booking as part of our Cancellation Policy. There is a 24 hour notice period required for any changes/cancellations to the reservation, and if not adhered, to a fee may be applied to credit card given at the time of booking.
Please note that after you have made a Spa reservation online, you may be contacted to ask if you are flexible in moving your service time to a time more conducive to the logistics of the business.
If you have made bookings under your name for multiple services and in fact, there will be other guests joining you for the other services you booked please advise us of your guests’ names. We are able to better serve your guests if we know their names and are aware they are joining you.
For payment, we accept all major credit cards and SpaFinder gift cards. Please note that discounts cannot be applied to charges paid with a SpaFinder gift card.
